SOMEBODY HELP ME!!!!
I think I am about to rip my eyes out!! I need a "me" day, i.e. no kids. I am struggling here; I don't even have the energy to clean or get some organization done. I have napped the last two or three days when the kids have napped, my throat is getting sore and my head is throbbing. My son is melting down everytime I say "no" and I have a house to clean, school supplies to buy, painting to finish, etc., etc. I need my husband here, but since that isn't an option I guess I'll just have to deal. Okay, I'm done.

I can SOOO come over to your house and watch your kids for a few hours. Please call me and let me do it. I am doing absolutely nothing today (tuesday).
oh man.I def. have those days..I can't even imagine what it must be like doing it solo.Why don't you bring the kids over Friday morning and have some "Me" time. Say 9-1. I am free!
I read Psalm 121 today (I was about to have a meltdown over taxes). Heres what God promises:
1 I lift up my eyes to the hills—
where does my help come from?
2 My help comes from the LORD,
the Maker of heaven and earth.

he who watches over you will not slumber;
4 indeed, he who watches over Israel
will neither slumber nor sleep.

You are an amazing mom, don't forget it! Just give your attention to them for a few hours and then try to tackle one room at a time after they're asleep. I would love to offer to watch them too, but I'm still struggling with two myself!Hah! Take Lindsay and Mel up on their offers. We all need to help each other! They wouldn't ask if they weren't serious!

Poor thing! Girl I have those days everyweek - dang the get it all done mentality! Take your nap - eat your sugar and drop dem kids off at some friendsys - I can take the mac attack always! (you know I can't do all both of them OMG!) You sweet hubby will be home soon!!! and you can't paint then!
